Weekend Stay Policy – Effective Immediately
Guests staying overnight beginning Thursday, Friday, or Saturday are required to pay for the entire weekend through Sunday, regardless of their intended departure date.
This policy has been implemented due to repeated instances of guests extending their stays beyond the nights originally paid for.
If a guest chooses to leave early, a refund will be issued for any unused days and nights, provided that the guest properly checks out and comes to the office upon departure.
THIS RULE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED TO PREVENT ABUSE OF ONE NIGHT STAY CLAIMS.
TRUCKS AND JEEPS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING OR OPERATING ON ANY TRAILS!
CHECK-IN FASTER
All persons signing a waiver must also possess a driver’s license or state issued ID upon arrival. If you are 18 or older you must have a valid form of ID(drivers license, passport, Military ID, REAL ID). If you do not have a legitimate form of identification and you are 18 or older you will be unable to enter the park.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (a responsible party over the age of 18) or parent/guardian when they enter Busco Beach. The responsible adult will have to be on the premises with the minor, so they cannot, for example, sign a waiver for the minor and then leave the property with the minor unattended.
To sign for any persons under the age of 18 you would fill out the waiver with all of your own information, then below your signature and date at the end, you add the person(s) you are signing for’s name and date of birth. You can download the waiver below, print it out, fill in your info in pen, and have them ready when you arrive at the park. This will make your check-in process much quicker!
